Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases from Prizmatic Solutions LLC. Please read them
carefully before placing an order.
1) YOUR ORDER
When you have submitted your order, you will receive an email or call from our sales-team with your
order confirmation. On receipt of payment, we will process the order and dispatch your goods. Then you
will receive a dispatched confirmation with the tracking details of your order. At which point will be
made aware of your order time by our sales team. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. All orders
that are delivered may require a signature. We shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery for
any orders returned to us as undeliverable. This will incur additional shipping charges. If we are unable
to contact you we will refund the price of the products only. The original postage charge will not be
refunded.
2) PAYMENT
We take all major credit and debit card transactions. Our criteria for online/phone call transactions are
strict and secure, offering confidence to you and us! At the checkout stage, our sales team will take you
through a step by step process of payment. Please check that all your data has been correctly entered or
communicated should you be notified that payment via your credit or debit card has been declined.
Please contact your card provider if we are still unable to proceed.
You have the option of using a different card, or Payment through your Paypal account.
ALL ITEMS WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF PRIZMATIC SOLUTIONS LLC. UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN
RECEIVED IN FULL. THE GOODS ARE HELD ON A FIDUCIARY BASIS ONLY UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN
MADE.
3) PRICES
All prices on our website are up to date. These are in US Dollars and are exclusive of sales tax and
shipping charges. Our flyers/catalogue prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of sales tax and
shipping charges. The prices in the flyer/catalogue are valid at the time they are printed. Delivery
charges apply and will be calculated for you during the order process. Prices remain in force until new
prices our published on our website. All orders will be charged in US Dollars as shown on your order
confirmation.
Whilst we try to ensure that the prices on our website are correct, mistakes can occur. If we discover an
error in the price of the product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you
the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If the order is cancelled,
we will refund any money we have taken from you. Refunds can only be made via the original method of
purchase.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
4) AVAILABILITY
We try to ensure that all of the products on our website are in stock, or available to pre-order. This will
be communicated via our sales team within the order process. However, your order may be delayed if
the item is not in stock. Our stock is controlled electronically, and occasionally errors will occur.
Therefore, the current stock status is approximate. Our sales team will inform you if a product you have
ordered is unavailable and the estimated date of availability. We will keep your order on record should
you wish to wait for your order to become available. We will refund any money taken from you if you
wish to cancel the order. Refunds can only be made via the original method of purchase.
Color accuracy on the website will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer
and cannot be guaranteed.
5) DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our sales team will communicate the approximate delivery time with you. (Please allow up to 28 days
for delivery). All orders may require a signature. We shall attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery
for any orders returned to us as undeliverable. This will incur an additional postage charge. We will
refund the price of the products only if we are unable to contact you. The original postage charge will
not be refunded.
Delivery charges are applied to your order. Our sales team will communicate this to you.
6) CUSTOMS
Your delivery address may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You
should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; we advise customers to contact
their local customs office for further information. You should be aware that any items being shipped can
be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
7) RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
USA, Canada, and South America customers may cancel within 30 days of the initial day of purchase. You
must present a valid proof of purchase. The items you wish to return must be in the original packaging
materials used.
If you wish to cancel your order please email us with the details of your cancellation to
sales@prizmaticusa.com
You must keep the products in your possession and take reasonable care of them until you have
returned the products to us. We will credit the price of the cancelled products you have returned. Please
note that any freight charges already incurred by Prizmatic Solutions LLC at the point of cancellation will
not be credited.
8) RETURNS POLICY
Please complete the refund/exchange form sent with your order or alternatively please contact
sales@prizmaticusa.com if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order. All items must be
returned in a re-saleable condition, unused, in original packaging as follows:
Prizmatic Solutions LLC: 17 Gloria Ln Fairfield, NJ 07004. You must provide us with
the original invoice, packing slip or other proof of purchase.
Please note that if a returned item fails to meet these requirements we cannot accept the item back.
An additional shipping charge will be required to re-send the exchanged item when returning items for
exchange. We are unable to reimburse the return postage charge when returning an item for a refund.
Any refunds can only be made on the original card of purchase.
Faulty/Defective Goods
Generally, almost all faults will appear within the first 3 months after purchase if the product has been
used for its intended purpose. For this reason, you may return any faulty item up to 3 months after the
date of purchase. This product would then be professionally inspected for any workmanship and
material defects. The product will be returned to the customer if the damage to the product is deemed
accidental damage/wear and tear. If the inspection reveals any workmanship and material defects then
the product will be exchanged for new replacement product or fully refunded. We will reimburse you
with reasonable costs of your return shipping charge if you include a receipt if the product is deemed
faulty.
We evaluate each returned faulty product professionally and as quickly as possible with an aim to keep
every customer satisfied with the highest level of customer service possible.
Please note: all faulty goods must be clean, dry and free from dirt and mud; we will not process any
return we deem to be too dirty or wet.
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
9) TRADEMARKS
All design, text and imagery on this website is the copyright of Prizmatic Solutions LLC All brand names,
product names and titles used in this site are trademarks or trade names of Prizmatic Solutions LLC. No
permission is given in respect of use of any of the above. The site may not be altered in any way or
republished without permission.
All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from
Prizmatic Solutions LLC shall be governed by US law and US courts shall have jurisdiction in all such
matters.
Prizmatic Solutions LLC reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

Please be advised that orders delivered outside the US may be subject to local taxes, import duties, or
